Return eligibility
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you can request a return within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
How to request a return
Email us at support@clothes.shresult.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim is approved), we process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with you.
Replacements
Prefer a replacement instead of a refund? Where stock is available, we're happy to send a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item at no extra cost.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items — such as innerwear, cosmetics that have been opened, and personal-care products — cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@clothes.shresult.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it may qualify for a return as described above.
