Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across most pin codes in India, so you can pay in cash when your order is delivered to your door.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 5–9 business days, depending on your location.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on orders across India. Any applicable charges, if ever, are always shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we share tracking details on your registered phone number and email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a cancellation or change before your order is dispatched by contacting us at support@clothes.shresult.com. Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if that happens. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@clothes.shresult.com with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do refunds work?
